Voted cold, they left me and three kids without food for the night last time they failed to deliver.
Just as bad was the lack of customer service when I complained, it took three weeks to get a refund.

I've been using Asda and Tesco for years now, they have never failed to deliver, and the customer service from either has always been responsive regarding missing or disatisfactory items. My biggest gripe would be that sometimes I can't order some of the things I normally buy in-store online and that sometimes when there is a deal they don't have enough and send a partial order of the deal meaning I don't get the sale offer (e.g. 2 of 3 on a buy 3 for £X.XX deal). Beats the heck out of going to the shop.
