EXPIRED - QUIDCO DECLINED PAYMENTS ?

HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD PAYMENTS DECLINED ONLY TO BE FOBBED OFF ?

I had a payment declined by thetoyshop.com & have been trying to find out why ...

This is what it says on the Quidco site re ; thetoyshop.com :

not sure why youve been emailing the company rather than quidco when its a quidco problem

Yes I did raise a ticket with Quidco & to be quite honest just got fobbed off .. I wasn't given a good reason, this is why I emailed the company direct ....

The point I am making is why have Quidco even got thetoyshop.com listed on their site saying they give 7% cashback when thetoyshop have denied this ? they say they have never had any dealings with Quidco ? so how many other company's have Quidco got listed that don't actually give any cashback or even know they are on the Quidco site?

To be fair to Quidco they probably don't deal direct with TheToyShop.com .

Instead Quidco will deal with an affiliate network, who in turn deal with TheToyShop, the link between the two being the specific network. TheToyShop therefore may not know who QuidCo are, or any of the hundreds of other sites which link to TheToyShop via the network (and cream off the referral fee for themselves rather than passing on).

My past experience with raising a ticket with QuidCo is they have never fobbed me off, and have always answered and tried to get me the fee where possible. Sometimes the system breaks, sometimes I scr3w up and revisit a site without going back via QuidCo. Always QuidCo have I felt been honest in their dealings with me!

As above - the website is not the person you need to deal with as they may not have a direct link to quidco.

I think quidco is great :D

Thankyou for your comments Rufus, I am pleased to hear that your past dealings with Quidco have been positive ones & you have not had the misfortune of having any bad issues with them. I have been emailing back & forth with thetoyshop.com over several days, I have copied & pasted only the very last part of the email in my original thread above ... I can assure you they know exactly who I am talking about & would of checked their details out first !
I started this thread as nearly every day there are issues posted on this forum regarding people not getting what they thought they would with Quidco & it is after all why many of us shop with certain companies in the first place ......

Yeah I had few payments declined one from the toyshop from December - It wasnt tracked so I raised a ticket, then it was declined and I raised another ticket now just waiting to see what happens.

I had a very large amount declined from littlewoods and I was really peeeved off but then again Quidco do mention that its a possibility not a guarentee.
