CHEAPEST FLIGHTS FROM SCOTLAND TO SLOVENIA (ljubljana)

There aren't any direct flights from Scottish airports to Slovenia, Easyjet have flights from London Stansted from around £27.99 one way per person. Adria Airways fly from Manchester, there are also flights from Birmingham and London Gatwick

As Engadine said there are no direct flights in October, so you would need to book Glasgow prestwick to London Stansted flights at £10 (incl taxes) each way currently with Ryanair . Then work out flights from stansted to slovenia with easy jet. (allowing for quite a few hours between flight times). You could fly into stansted one day and book cheap accomodation with the nearby travelodge, plus a taxi and continue with your second flight the next day either. Flights are going to come in at about £75per person using this route.
