I agree that DVDi are just a bunch of muppets.

I emailed them SIX times over 1 week to cancel an order and then I get a order sent confirmation email from them - I have now sent further follow-up emails and received ZERO response.

I have received the item today from GIBRALTAR and it was only £5.74 but based on the above post, I doubt sending it back will do any good in getting a refund or even a reply.

Looking at the domain details of the website, it registered by a UK Individual, doesn't look like a professional outfit at all: http://whois.domaintools.com/dvdi.co.uk

DVDi are **** munchers, I ordered Hot Fuzz, cancelled it, got confirmation it had been cancelled, two weeks later it was sent, arrived this morning. So far I havn't been charged though so hope I got one up on them ;)

As for this deal they are selling the same selection as everywhere else for slightly more money :(

I got mine from 4cheapcds....was very happy with it.


On the other hand, I've placed orders with Asda Entertainment before and ended up cancelling, as they simply didn't have the stock and expected me to just keep on waiting. Asda Entertainment = The Hut.
