im looking to contact cex.co.uk regardign a damaged dvd which was sent to me last week, i have contacted enquiries@cex.co.uk and havent receieved a response as of yet.

When did you send the email. Because they will be busy with other emails too from people complaining just as you are. So you have to be patient. But if not you could go back to the store?
