i bought and paid for a cooker on the 17th jan 08 on line it said delivery in 2 weeks after 6 i contacted them and a was promised time and time again they would phone me back with delivery details......
in early april i phoned and was told a cooker was on its way but had been damaged in transit so it would be another 2 weeks for a replacement after the 2 weeks i phone once again to be told they no longer do the cooker i ordered and paid for 3 months earlier and i get a full refund in 5 working days or less...... as i write this ive still not recieved my cooker or my refund and have contacted trading standards and watchdog that debenhams have an item advertised on there website that they can not supply but will happy take your money for.... be warned debenhams r real scum!!!

In my recent experience with Debenhams CS staff they even put the phone down on me. Also the guys who deal with your quiries online are equally as bad, I would never purchase another thing from this online retailer. They need to invest in customer service training at the very least, to ensure customers are satisfied when things do go wrong.
Ther goes my rant for the day, lol
