Yes, I don't understand the cold votes either. It's the cheapest I've seen for a while.

Given the quality of some of the stuff that comes from deal extreme, what are the chances of this being a genuine Sony Pro Duo?

yeah I'd avoid these, guys. For an extra few quid you can get decent memory. Fakes have MANY drawbacks

Could you post up a picture of the one you bought, for comparison to the ones on the website?

Listen, I'm sick of people getting sarcy on this forum whenever I try to be honest and helpful.

so, Saayinla, you really want to be left with a dud card that won't be read in anything, perhaps after five minutes use? Or a card that states that it's 4gb, but data corrupts after it goes past the 2gb mark? what about the casing of the MSPD peeling apart? useless then. Or the fact that their read/write speed is drastically crappier than the genuine article, or the lack of warranty?

Buy it if you really must. But if something's videogame related in future, please don't question me. I'm actually omnipotent when it comes to anything to do with the subject.

Cold from me, lets face it fake cards are renowned to be cheaply manufactured so split easily, also as others have stated corrupted data usually happens. I would sooner spend £13 on a kosher 2gb one than a dodgy 4gb one.
