have for sale a Pink Nintendo DS Lite - Purchased from John Lewis in March

Orignal Reciept

There are quite a few scratches on the touch screen where someone some sort of sharpe object as a stylus (see pictures).
Other than that the DS is in excellant condition plays well and the scratches is only minor cosmetics . You could get a replacement touch screen from deal extreme for about £3.50 here http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3245

those scratches aren't on the touch screen, they're on the piece of plastic which covers it. that piece of plastic doesnt come with the touch screens on deal extreme.

I thought the Screen comes in two pieces, touch screen & LCD screen.

I thought the LCD screen is the bottom peice and the touch screen is the top layer?

Comes in three layers. From bottom to top - LCD, touch screen, protection layer.

Protection layer also has the pink trim around it (or white or black depending on your DS). Most touch screen replacements don't come with this extra layer. The only way I know you can get it is to buy a full housing replacement kit for around £10 off dealextreme.

thanks for the info bacons seems like changing the housing would be much easier then changing the screen itself.

sorry doesnt come with memory card just the USB thingy, this cart didnt even come with software but you can download from thier website.

but I can throw in an official Nintendo Mario black case aswell.

yeah ok im sure i can pick one up cheap enough i will take it for 75 with all the things mentioned
as before is ok £50 now and it will be next week and i can pay the other £25 also is a bank transfere possible as it saves you money, cos paypal are rubbish lol
