tesco delivery

ok, so i ordered three of those cheap pink phones from tesco today but relised i have to go out for 2 hrs tomo so what happens if they come in that time slot??? do they re-deliver or can i go collect etc like royal mail??? any ideas?

Can you ring them - I always tell people I'm out for the school run and they always work round that, except DHL and they sit outside my house and wait.

My local driver usually rings me once in the morning to make sure I'll be in, and then again a hour or so before delivery. But that might be because I only have large items delivered to my house from TD
