Very good graphics card - faster than an 8600GT, and around the speed of an 8600GTS.

Incredible overclocker, too.

Bargain price!

have a sparkle version of this chip in my current PC - performance/£ its a cracking deal - with 2 gig of ram and a decent CPU you can easily get decent frame rates on full setting in BF2142, 50+ fps on CSS and halflife 2, about med/high settings on call of duty 4 and med on crysis

great card and at this price if you have the right motherboard - prob worth getting 2 and SLI'ing them for a good return

great deal voted hot

This looks good but does anyone know if it would fit straight into a Vostra 200 without needing any extra/unusual Dell type fittings?

I've had a look at the detailed spec and it doesn't seem to need a seperate power supply.

It does need a separate power supply - a 6-pin connector iirc.

It may say "free shipping" but you don't actually get free shipping.

Do not scare away potential buyers ;) ...the connector is included ....

....good PSU is recommended (essential). Check specification - min.25A on 12V (or 2 x 15A etc.)

Great price for a very good card.

I know it's included, but i'm pointing out it probably needs more power than your average Dell PSU will put out.

Open the case and check the label of your PSU.If 12V has more than 25A, you an install the card freely. If you are not sure, post what the label says.

I'm intending to order the Vostro 200 unit (listed by MikeT here: http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/18298...op-base-unit-2) but Dell don't give any detail on the psu supplied (other than it's 300 watt)and I've heard that they use a different 6 pin cable to their graphic cards - which is why I hesitate cos other than the compatability issue it looks like a good spec.
