I can definitely recommend Kiln Park in Tenby. We stayed there on Saturday night got the tent pitch for £12 including the entertainment passes. I was very impressed with the new Barrel and Mash bar, couple of decent pool tables and lots of lcd tellys for the football. Food wasn't half bad there either.

Try poplar farm.... (Not as cheap as this one... - but not bad prices and fantastic - right next to canal and can catch barge into York - definterly worth a visit) - Ask for a waterside pitch....

It's not as cheap but 'South Lychett Manor' is recommended for guaranteed Happy Campers.

Just been looking at a weekend early June - Only noticed the bit that says tent size (above or below 21ft). Our tent is 21'3.9" - (6.5m x 4.05m).

I called the Haven phone number it gives you and he said it's strictly under 21ft and said I would probably have to pay for 2 plots. (For 3" !!!! )

Anyone been on one of these sites before - Can the extra 3" be lost. I thought plots were suppose to be 6m apart from each other anyway.

Would be a shame, cos it would have been our 1st camping trip in the new tent I bought at the back end of last season. It's an Outwell Indiana 8.

[edit] Just been reading reviews of this site and I think we need to find somewhere a little less popular. Seems like people love it or hate it (lots of 1/10 and 10/10 ratings)

Never been to that site, but been to other haven sites. My caravan is 22'6 so I have the same problem. On phoning they said I'd have to pay for 1 and a half pitches. Well I always book online for under 21' and have never had a problem, they don't get there tape measures out. They always give genererous size pitches anyway. If they did make me pay more, I wouldn't use them again. If you were another 5' longer they may do something.

We went there about 3 weeks ago, and the site was ok, but because of the weather and the tractors they have driving about it was like a mud bath. Peoples cars were getting stuck & there were bits of cardboard everywhere!
If weather is hot & dry will be fine, but if not......
