Problem with Fly mobile 'phone

Hi all,

Hope you don't mind me jumping onto this thread, but I am at a total loss about what to do!

I used the USB cables that came with the 'phone to transfer some photos onto my PC and now the 'phone won't turn back on. I have tried to charge it and it seems fully charged. I can access the contents of the 'phone if I link it back up to the PC again, but as soon as you take the USB cable out, it goes dead again.

This did happen the last time I put photos onto the PC, and just before my wife and I were about to give up and get a new 'phone, a lot of random button pressing brought it back to life!

Does anyone have any idea about what I can do to get it up and running again, please?
