People should consider a HD65 as well, which is ~ £429

1600 Lumens / 4000:1 Contrast Ratio / Darkchip 2 / 16:9 Aspect Ratio / 720p / HDMI / Weighs approximately 4.4 pounds

DLP projectors are great!

Yes but be aware that some people have a tendancy to see the dreaded "Rainbow effect" (My wife and I are two such people) in that it becomes almost painfull to watch a DLP picture.

I know technology has improved with faster multi segment colour wheels but this can still be a problem for some.
It's a good deal but make sure you can return if you can't stand the picture!

The new High contrast LCDs make for a very viable alternative. Also note that this is a 720P projector, just in case you are looking at going Hi-Def in the near future. 1080P units are still dear but starting to come down in price.
