On a side note, I bought one of these myself last time they were at this price and I'm very impressed with it. Playing my PS3 (also a HotUKDeals special ) and Blueray movies are excellent.

Whats good about this TV? - looks like a pile of s***t to me. Even for the £270.00 mark.

and

why bother posting this again - is this anything to do with the affiliate?

What am I missing?

Any thoughts on a bracket for mounting?

Then show a cheaper one at 32" with freeview please aliaspeter. I paid the £367 as I know how much the stand home/cinema and dvd player would cost and you don't pay extra shipping

If you want a good priced second tv then this is a good deal. The picture quality is very good and at the price its worth a punt, Got one and am very pleased. "whats good about this tv"...well if you don't have one don't bother commenting and shouting other people down.

I am asking the simple question because I'm looking to buy, but looking for the right buy. I read in the other posts 'bad' comments about the visitron TV's.

Of course it's a good price, but why buy cheap if its a load of rubbish?

To address the bile filled poster:

1: The price had gone back up to £299 and only dropped today, hence posting.
2: I put (AGAIN!) in the topic because this TV's price goes up and down more often than a *****'s knickers on 2 for £2 Tuesday. It's been on this site half a dozen times in the last couple of months.
3: Even for £270 it's an excellent TV and I certainly have no complaints about mine.

I got one delivered a week or so ago, and cant fault it. I have my 360 and PS3 hooked up to it and the quality is excellent, great colour, no ghosting and its produces a great sound.

I picked one up last week and very pleased with it, my son has got the PS3 hooked onto the tv and works perfect with this and the freeview is also good. The size is good for the price, looking to keep for 3/4 years and change again. Not worth paying £500 for a branded 32' tv even with a 5 year gtd.
Very pleased with this so far.

hope that explains it for the concerned punter - hardly a "load of rubbish" maybe "limited" or of a lower build quality but from all accounts does the job pretty well and for £270.00 - has to be more good than bad at that price

Its a hot deal I guess for certain purposes of a more commercial nature but why would anyone purchase this for their own home use??! A television more than nearly any other item should be viewed as an investment, as in most cases you'll be holding onto it for many many years.

So why oh why would u spend nearly 300 notes for this, a TV flawed in many aspects when for another 300 u could actually get some a quality TV with a picture to marvel at or at least that will offer a marked improvement. When u consider the 1000's of hours you'll be ogling it over its lifetime surely spending that fair bit extra, surely is the only logical choice.

However much of a bargain a telly may be, u can't really put a price on viewing pleasure over such a long long time.

I'm after a 32" tv at the moment and I'm very tempted by the price of this, but as trd said, it might be worth throwing a bit of extra money at it.
I'm not sure another £300 could be justified though for a 32"er.
You can certainly pick up decent Sonys/Samsungs or Toshibas for another £130 though.
I do worry slightly about the low-ish contrast ratio and cheaper build quality of this model.
It being unbranded, means that it will have a lower resale value when you come to sell it on in 2 or 3 years time, when full HD broadcasts become the norm.
