Debenhams free delivery code??

I used a free delivery code SHA1 and a 20% discount code which worked through checkout but i've just got the goods and i've been charged full price on the delivery note and also £3.95 delivery. Has anyone else been charged £3.95 using this code?.
Pain as well as now the goods i've bought are 20% less online anyway, would order again but don't want to pay the delivery cost!

yes i did about a moth age i phoned their custo,er service and they said they would look into it,but did they no,so i phoned the bank and disputed the charge.and got it back that way.debenhams have the wose service for customer care,they dont answer and they hope you will forget about it,make a request to your bank and hey will get it back for you
