Hi There, Has Anyone Ever Tried 'The Pink Patch'?

The pink patch is a diet patch, its suppose to burn fat and give us ladies more energy!!
Just wondering if anyone has used it or know anyone thats tried it..
And most of all, whether it WORKS!!

Nah! lose weight the natural way, eat less, cut out the ****, do exercise, running, situps etc.
I lost 4 stone doing it .
Now a healthy guy.

Aside from any placebo effect it's extremely unlikely to do anything. best way to lose weight is to eat healthily (it's not just about eating less) and take more exercise.

I sincerely doubt it.

Eat less, eat more healthily and do more excercise. There is no magic cure.

If it worked, it wouldn't be 'alternative medicine' available on the internet - it would be regulated properly and only available through your doctor. However, I can't find a single peer-reviewed journal article with anything to say about it.

That's one fact for starters.

Hmm...the lack of any research base for what it claims to do! The reality is if it was a legitimate aid there should be randomised control trials published in a reputable journal. This should all have been done before the patch was even released to the general public! It wouldn't just be spammed to everyone's junk mail.

You don't need to be a GP to be able to critically appraise the evidence put before you. When there is no evidence it's even easier. Although the placebo effect should not be underestimated!
