Virgin simcard with £17-odd quid on it

POSTED BY: billyX 4 months, 3 weeks ago

Okay, a boxed mint Xelibri 7, still has the £179.00 price tag on the box, owned by me from new and used about twice! These always go for £60-80 on ebay, god knows why they are so desirable as they are getting quite old now, but anyway- £40 delivered if you're after one. I'm happy to put this on ebay at the weekend if it doesn't sell for the asking price.

A Nokia 3510i in good condition, and a Nokia 3300 in good condition but a broken sim card holder (one hinge is off, a bit of tape covers it perfectly) and a 64mb memory card. Both have wear to the cases, nothing too bad, £10 for both and one charger delivered.

Finally, a Virgin simcard, only ever used to call my old boss, and then I only had to call him from the road a couple of times (hence you'll not be getting loads of calls asking for me...) with £17.35 of credit on it- £12 delivered.

Oops, forgot to add all phones were purchased as unlocked and all purchased brand new too, and there's a second issue with the 3300- the backlight seems to stay on when the phone is switched off, although battery wear when the phone is off is minimal (ie i've never noticed a lower charge after leaving it off for a day) but it was like that from new- it wasn't til someone pointed it out to me after i'd owned it for a good six months that I even knew...

Xelibri now withdrawn- i'm going to put it on ebay tomorrow night.

Asking Price: 10.00

Shreyas- yep that's great, pm me your address and i'll stick it in an envelope ready to post, then that'll remind me to remind you next week

as for the phones- £5s a bit low as the postage is prob going to be £2.51 IIRC plus 30p paypal give or take...

ah, I get it now! yeah, I guess Nokia haven't released to many phones oriented that way, have they. I wonder what the n-gages go for on ebay now, it was a good idea but ultimately pointless for Nokia. Having said that, the games on my symbian phone aren't that good... perhaps they did have something there!
As for the six quid, sounds fair but can you hold on til tomorrow morning, i'm going to buy some scales this afternoon and so will be able to weigh the things and get the postage right
cheers bill

right, taking the charger out still doesn't drop the postal cost down below £2.51, so £7.50 is the lowest i'll go to I reckon, else I may as well just recycle them
