LG viewty on 3 network, cant access video streaming, easy question.

I just got an unlocked phone, i believe i have put all the right settings into it but I cant access any streaming videos, more precisely the videos on the weather and news pages.
Just wanted to know is this just my setup or is it the same for all LG viewty's?
