I've posted PDAs on here and they never seem to do well. I think the reason is because most people have never used one and they are comparing them with a normal mobile phone.
This looks like a really good PDA - bluetooth, push email, micro sd slot, mp3 player, and you can't go wrong with Windows Mobile - it's excellent.
I've added heat and rep as I think this is an excellent deal.

I've voted got need to agree windows mobiles are top quality but the technofobes (no offense) will not get what they can do and that they offer much more than a normal mobile. Great price for what it is, I mean what sort of mobile can you get for £100 anyway!!!

Sale of good act says a years warranty with the first six moths from the seller and the latter six months from the manufacturer - unless an 'inherent' defect can be shown to have been present at purchase when the original six months can be extended indefinitely.

It does look like expansys is trying to contract out of its statutory obligations.

"2.0 Mega Pixel-Effect Digital Camera" - I wonder what this means?

WM5 is very good compared to WM6 - which is still not great.

The act of simply making the statement that there is no warranty is more than likely illegal under the Consumer Transactions (restrictions on Statements) Order 1976 which states :

"A person shall not, in the course of business,.....display a notice containing a statement which puports to apply, in relation to consumer transactions, a term which would be inconsistent with a term implied by sections 4, 9, 11D or 11J of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982."

Section 4 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 implies certain terms about the quality of the goods supplied, in short the goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit fot the purpose and durable.
