www.bigpockets.co.uk - Anyone got any advice on a return???

Just bought a refurb ipod shuffle from this site. It turned up and doesnt work at all, doesnt charge, isnt recognised by itunes and not recognised by windows.
Trying to return it but the site has no contact number, no one responds to email and after filling out the returns form no one responds with a returns number !!!!
Can anyone help???
