Maybe you haven't read last weeks thread? They screwed up the amount available (cockup one), they screwed up by then allocating items randomly rather than in the order that they were taken (cockup two), they screwed up by having the
My Orders page tell customers they had been successful while the individual orders said 'out of stock' (three), they screwed up by not checking their 'A grade' items were complete, with lots of customers receiving boxes with items missing and/or broken (four), they screwed up by not answering support emails from dozens of frustrated customers (five), they screwed up by denying that their was any problems with answering emails while at the same time sending a blanket email admitting that the system was broken (six), and they screwed up by not refunding customers money immediately (seven). Personally, I think they've had enough "chances" already...
