Digital Photo Frame cheapest place ?

I bought one of these from ebuyer as a wedding gift a week or so ago: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/143074

bride and groom very pleased with it. Its not massive (7 inch screen) and runs off a power adaptor but it supports all of the major memory card formats and has a USB socket for memory sticks, for the money it was the best I could find. The picture quality was actually alot better than I expected for £30 too, doesn't look cheap like some other cut price frames I've seen.

anyone know is the above screen is 4:3 and not 16:9 it dosent say on teh specs.
