I got some of these, they were faulty, shipped them back to the USA and they sent me more faulty modules, one day I might get non faulty RAM. (tested with memtest 86+ V2.01 on 2 motherboards!)

Exactly what I was just about to post. The CL4 (4-4-4-12) ones are better than those 5-5-5-12 ones.

Looks like price has gone up on these recently. I picked mine up from Scan a couple of weeks back for ~£28

these use 2.1 v where as the cl5 ones use 1.8 v the cl4 ones aint any good at over clocking where the cl5 you can up the volts and get a better overclock

Test Specs
• Each module is tested in an intel-based motherboard at 800MHz
• Tested and packaged in pairs
• Packaged together immediately following system test
• Tested at latency settings (4-4-4-12) at 2.1V
• SPD programmed at 5-5-5-18 values at 800MHz

Click on the OP's link and you get to the basket with the correct price.

Alternatively go look on the Today Only page where they are listed at the reduced price.

Regarding delivery, again do as per the OP suggested.

If you relax the timings on the C4 ones to C5 then they will run at the same speeds...

The extra voltage is used to get the timings down in the first place, only you get a warrenty for them to run at that speed
