The New Service Allows You To Get Your Free Directory Enquiries by Calling 0800100100
The New Number will not charge callers from Landlines or Cable Networks and Will be Answered by Real People and is Based in UK Call Centres.
They will however play you a short (around 20 sec) advert, which will normally relate to your enquiry (eg if you ask for a pizza company, you may well get a pizza advert).
This however is a great breakthrough for consumers, with the recent 118 numbers from the old 192 directory enquiries - they were often classed as a big Rip-Off.
