EXPIRED - FREE BOTTLE GREEN HANDBAG £3.50 DELIVERY WAS £19.50

Hi, This was posted a few days ago but expired as m and s removed it about 5 mins later. I ordered one while they still let you and have had a confirmation saying it will be delivered but hasn;t been yet. I think m and s quite often make mistakes and take orders that they can't fulfil tho so I am not really expecting it to arrive. Worth a shot tho. Voted hot.

Oh - has been taken off again - just like last time.

This was on about three moths ago when I ordered three at £0 + £3.50 P & P. GOT a confirmation e-mail then waited......After a week they just deleted the order without telling me so I e-mailed them asking why. They said that it was because they were ou of stock but I could re-oder at £19.50 when they came into stock. I had been watching these and they had not 'gone out of stock so I replied on the lines of 'How dare they' change an oder without communicating. Said Mum, Wife and duaghter had been looking for a green bag and now were dissapointed. And that I thought they were being less than honest over the reason. Up shot was they admitted they never had green one in and it was an error and to conpensate they offerd me three bags in either black or red at cost or P & P. Clearly I accpeted! result, four happy family members!

Moral - percivere

I ordered one along with some other items. After waiting weeks for delivery I was told that they were out of stock and didn't realise that my order for the other items had been delayed for so long.
They compensated me with a £10 credit to my account and delivered the other outstanding items very quickly.
