Memory needed for my laptop

I am looking for 1gb for my Toshiba L300-146 Laptop i have looked on Crucial but i could not find my model if anyone can help me please it would be much appricated.

From above should just be standard DDR2 SODIMM not sure what speed though but that shouldn't matter too much.
