When combined with a memory with files on it

it will bring the psp into a service mode allowing you to downgrade to 1.50

okay im sure mike can tell you in better detail but here goes

the "pandoras battery" or as sony call it the "service battery" runs the psp in service mode so as to access all the areas not usualy accesable in the flash memory of the psp
as its harder to install custom firware on your slim psp ( i think its because of a lot of protection on the current hardware) *(clever sony)*
andway back to the point this alowes you to install the firmware witthout "bricking" your psp, also if you have a phat psp it will "unbrick" it its very easy to make if you have dont a lot of reading up i makeone in about an hour as it was my first time but not i have i can make one in about half the time (cos we shouldnt rush things ;) )

so if the software is put on the psp, can i just get a new bigger memory card and still use the games from my new memory card ?? and also can i update the psp with the custom firmware on it without bricking it ?

ok.i ve brought a psp and the person has put the soft ware m33 or sumit onto the psp, so does that mean i can just use another different memory card. ??
