Hi, i have a black 80gb ipod classic brand new and sealed for sale with invoice for warranty (invoice date 17/5/08) it was brought as a gift for my partner but she has gone out a got one herself.

if its new and sealed cant you just return it to the shop you got it from? most shops have a 14 day exchange thingy - worst you could get is store credit...
