I don't know but by doing a quick google it is cheaper HERE..........

Also in most reviews a TV of this size offers no advantage in being 1080p... Perhaps it's one of these reasons..

I haven't voted either way but there are many good 32" HD ready LCD TV's around the £400 mark..

However if you bought the dixon one through quidco it would come out cheaper..

I'm pretty sure you can have 5% off the play one and also get quidco. So cold for me play is better value.

589 quid for a 32" is not a deal, i think u can get any 32" for a similar spec.
Also even if u walk in to a electrical shop u shud be able to get for same price or less.
So wheres the deal ?

Your right.... 5% off play one use per customer and 4% from quidco...... The amount of things I've bought at play and didn't know I could go through quidco...

1080p on a TV this size is a pure marketing gimmick playing on the publics gullibility.

The only possible advantage would maybe be for gaming. But for HD DVD etc its £200 wasted on the 720p equivalent

This a gross generalisation. Many people use 32inch TV's as a computer monitor, and in a bedroom where teh TV is less than 10 feet from the viewing distance, even 32in is a size where 1080p would be beneficial. Also, for stuff liek Blu Ray, it means that no down-conversion needs to take place, tehreby avoidign possible digital artefacts.
