Please post your feedback based on previous transactions you have had with this company, Mobiles2YourDoor.

In particular, you should refer to the following aspects of your experience with them:

1) Were you were happy with the delivery speed?
2) Did you have any problems with the order itself?

1) Were you were happy with the delivery speed?

Yes. I received the phone next day.

2) Did you have any problems with the order itself?

Yes and No.

Initially my order was decline. They say I was not passing their credit assessment. However, I email them just saying that I really need the contract for my communication. They did not reply but I received the handset the next day I think.

3) Did you receive cashback with little or no problems, or did you have to push them for cashback or even take legal action?

No big problem. The firs one I have to wait for a little while and give them a call. But I received the cheque in around a week after the first and only call. The second cheque arrive a week after I posted the claim.

4) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.

I found the costumer service is helpful and nice.

However, I dont like the way they change the terms and conditions in claiming cashback without informing me. Initially I should have received the claim forms within 30 days of the connection date. I waited for it for two months before I called them. They just say that it will be delivered 30 days prior to my first eligible cashback i.e. 30 days before the 6th month of contract. I had not been notified this crucial change whatsoever.

5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?

Yeah their website is not too convincing and they MUST inform any change of terms and conditions, especially the important ones.

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?

Yes. Theyre OK I think. And sometimes they have unbelievable deals! Good phones for free (and quidco!)

Yes delivered within 48 hours.

Easiest cashback claims ever. Far better than the hoops the likes of CPW owned e2save and osps ask customers to jump thorugh.

Quidco did not track once as quidco claimed they had problems but they would solve it. Low and behold they never sorted it out.

5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?

Maybe tidy up the web site and have a bit more choice. Also there should be transprency when it comes to what customers are told by the customer service folks. Some are told the cashback form is sent to the customer a few weeks before the first claim is due whilst I ave had claim forms 6 months before a claim was due.

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?

I have recommended them to numerous people and am now on my 3rd contract with them

Yes, received the phone next day

No, they were very prompt with email notifications of the order & it was well packaged etc

N/A as this was a one off PAYG phone purchase

4) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.

Quidco tracked and paid very fast.

5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?

They are a division of Phones 4 U so could make their customer service line free as it is on P4U ( when I did phone them I went through P4U & asked to be put through)

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?

Yes I would both recommend and use them again, but like I said previoulsy this was a PAYG purchase and not a contract.

had to call to get my claimback form - wasn't sure if they were going to send it later, but i thought i better play it safe and request one

1st claim has gone through easy, so far so good

quidco offers a good cashback deal

not really, their deals seem great compared to other cashback sites and they seem easy enough to deal with

Next Day, so Yes

Phone was damaged so had to get it exchanged, cashback forms weren't included as stated and they changed terms to provide them later. I had to chase them up as there was some kind of administrative error leading in the line not being connected

3) Did you receive cashback with little or no problems, or did you have to push them for cashback or even take legal action?

Push them. Should have issued cheque within 30 days took twice aslong. Terrible Customer Service Attitude

4) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.

Quidco was declined without explanation.

Choice of deals, complete overall of customer services, claims process to adhere to the terms

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?

Absolutely Not

The first promised form never came and I had to chase it (as did others). However the first cheque came with the next redemption form and included dates for when to apply for cashback.

4) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.
Good customer service, but tell white lies when they said that I must have slipped through the net by not getting the first form!

First cashback went well so time will tell

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?
Yes, I would use them again thus far.

none at all, cant fault them

No i rang them and they told me exactly which bills and dates need to be sent off perfect for me, I was dubious at first but this is by far the best cash back company i have had dealings with. Two bad point is the 0870 number and the queues at busy periods. Another being the time between you sending the form and getting the cheque through the post although i cant really complain to much as it arrives each time!

Good reputation and the backup being a part of p4u, Quidco bonus! Friendly customer service team

5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?

Not that i can think of from the top of my head!

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?

Yes and yes.

This company are great as long as you are aware of the risks with cash back and have abided by the T&c I recommend you have in place over drafts and calendars to ensure recovery of the moneys I hope this helps anyone looking to take a contract with them

Just received first cheque - but had to push for claim form - although I ended up being sent two - so may have been a bit too eager to ask for it.

4) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.

The deal stated a monthly payment of £35, they neglected to say that this was plus VAT, cashback is not plus VAT

5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?

CS was fine when I called for claim form

6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?

So far so good - so yes


Any chance of choosing different colours next time - not fair on us colour blind people :(

The phone arrived quickly, the free gift (a wii) arrived within a month, customer services were fantastic when I changed the delivery address after one failed delivery of the wii and customer services were just very helpful. Top company.

Are you sure? Mine always stated £40 charge which was inclusive of VAT. I assume the deal still worked out the same though, ie if it said 11 months free then it was still 11 months free?

was 8 free months quoted which worked out at £280 (35 x 8), I am paying £40 a month tho

Yes - phone was delivered next day.

2 faulty phones in a row but they were replaced swiftly with no hassle.

Had to request the first cashback form, and receiving the first cheque was a bit slow. However the second claim came through within 2 weeks, will be sending off my third in a few days.

12 months free contracts and their terms and conditions are very good. Can't think of anything particularly bad.

5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?

Email-based customer service could do with an improvement. It would be nice to receive a resolution via email instead of a cut-and-paste 'Please call our helpline' email.

Yes.

So you're not getting 8 months free then? I agree, if that's the case it's misleading.

When I bought mine it said £40 a month and I'm paying £40 a month so not sure why your's said £35.
