1) Were you were happy with the delivery speed?
Yes. I received the phone next day.
2) Did you have any problems with the order itself?
Yes and No.
Initially my order was decline. They say I was not passing their credit assessment. However, I email them just saying that I really need the contract for my communication. They did not reply but I received the handset the next day I think.
3) Did you receive cashback with little or no problems, or did you have to push them for cashback or even take legal action?
No big problem. The firs one I have to wait for a little while and give them a call. But I received the cheque in around a week after the first and only call. The second cheque arrive a week after I posted the claim.
4) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.
I found the costumer service is helpful and nice.
However, I dont like the way they change the terms and conditions in claiming cashback without informing me. Initially I should have received the claim forms within 30 days of the connection date. I waited for it for two months before I called them. They just say that it will be delivered 30 days prior to my first eligible cashback i.e. 30 days before the 6th month of contract. I had not been notified this crucial change whatsoever.
5) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?
Yeah their website is not too convincing and they MUST inform any change of terms and conditions, especially the important ones.
6) Would you recommend them or use them again personally?
Yes. Theyre OK I think. And sometimes they have unbelievable deals! Good phones for free (and quidco!)
