I have a £25 voucher, this has no expiry date. Looking for £23.00 by paypal, or £22.50 by Bank Transfer.

withdraw the money into your bank account is 25p, but when you send money the other person who recieves it gets charged a percentage of the money

There is a charge for any withdrawal less than £50 when you put money in your account from PAYPAL. When you send money to someone the fees are a lot higher and not related to withdrawal fees rates.
