These new drives are out in uk on 07/07/2008 (4days time):

The specs according to play.com for the 32GB and 64GB are:

* Read up to 100MB / sec

* Write up to 80MB / sec


The specs according to play.com for the 128GB are:

* Read up to 143MB / sec

* Write up to 93MB / sec

They have 0.35ms seek time, no reviews out yet.

Completely silent due to no moving parts, 1.5m hours lifetime.

Dont vote cold because of capacity, ppl dont buy these for capacity.

You will likely have to buy a 2.5" to 3.5" cage to put it in your desktop as these are 2.5" drives.

you might not want to spill money kscd but these drives are very fast and for certain business uses it can be FAR faster than any of the harddrives out there, even in raid0. 32GB is enough for vista64 + xpsp3 dual boot so £118 aint that bad tbh!

droitiwchdosser, the aria link for the 128gb is in the topic and in a reply, not sure why you are posting it again.

This thread is for deals on all drives as most ppl wont want the 128gb as £300 is alot of ££.
