World Of Warcraft (WoW): 60 Day Time Card - cheaper than subscribing (£15.35 with quidco @ CD Wow)

£15.74

FOUND BY: geeadamg 1 year, 4 months ago

Been looking to start playing WoW again - this at cdWOW is the cheapest I've seen to re-subscribe away from buying 2nd hand. Its also cheaper than subscribing + with 4% quidco it could save you a few £'s over the year.

So 60 Days for £15.99 (less quidco is £15.35). I kinda like the the voucher route because you get the handy DVD case and won't end up paying if you don't cancel etc

**** I've change the links in the deal to link to the cheapest I've found. Cus first it was the The Hut but CD Wow is the cheapest. Sorry for the mess I made of this thread.

The Hut Vouchers: 15% - MEN15, 25% - AW25, 15% - CK15, £1 - ASOTV1, £1 - LEG1More

Isnt it £8 a month anyway? Personally the graphics are a bit dated to me now, and also £8 a month = £96 a year. The most expensive game in the world IMHO

Good deal in the way that a low-priced cult is a good deal compared to Scientology. Have only recently got my brother back from WoW through careful intervention!

I still think nearly £100 a year for a game isnt cheap, considering other games are £30 and have better graphics. Am I missing something? I mean I played it for a month trial and whilst it was okay, it was that good, certainly not as good as my £25 copy of Oblivion.

you don't have to pay for a year. I have a guild on there, we are one of the biggest on a high populated server - haven't been on for over 3 months and want to see how it is going and say hi again.

I know there are better games and the graphics are outdated but; the graphics are cartoon-like and thus don't tend to date as quick. Its the most sociable game I've ever been on. It has excellent game play, beyond what I have found on my PS3 and its just another game at the end of the day which is fun to go back to at times.

Yeah i see what you mean, i just think its a business model that really favours the game publishers rather than the end user - im happy with my £25 games that last forever, wouldnt pay £8 a month to play MGS4 even if it was with my friends online (which it is already hehe).
