Best UK mobile network for calls abroad

I am basically wondering what all of the major networks charge to use your phone abroad in the EU / Non-EU countries in europe or further afield if people know it such as america. I can tell you the 02 do a basic 30p a minute deal in EU and non-EU varies from country to country. They also do a deal where you can spend your 4 of your free texts to get 1 free text when abroad.

What are other networks like?
