Tried to use these on kids books,but refused,as not valid on promotions,but, As all the kids books are on offer,ie 3 for 2 or buy one get one free,argued the point but CSA asked mangager and still got refused.
Tried to tell them it states terms on voucher says not to be used in conjunction with any other voucher promo,not offer promo,will telephone head office to enquire.
Anyone else had this problem?

Sorted,after a phone call to customr services,given a ref number to quote in store,they apoligised for not being able to use this and gauranteed they can be used with offers
