Argos never sold this for £59.99 - that is based on the original RRP of the three individual items which do sell for up to £20 each.
However it has always been £29.99 in Argos which is a good price if you want all three toys - I've seen Red at around £10 and you could probably get lightning for around a tenner but the dinoco helicopter is usually at least £15 anywhere else.
