3m Heavy Duty Booster Cables 16mm2 for jump starting car

£7.83

33°

FOUND BY: peroxidase 1 year, 4 months ago

This is the best price I could find for jump cables. This price is for 3m long ones so no need to get cars really tight

IMO they are not heavy duty as they only recommend up to 1.8 litre but perfectly fine for my needs

This is a good price - and HOT for small and medium petrol cars.

They will not work on a small diesel car if it needs more than just a small boost to the battery, so look elswhere if you have a diesel car.

If they were used with a diesel car that had an entirely flat battery, there is a risk the plastic coating the cables would melt, and could then short out on the metal of either of the cars.

ABS cash and carry?

They are pretty good for some car things - but there is a 10% surcharge if you spend under 25 quid.

For 3m ones £3 would be a fantastic price. I've seen 1.2m ones for that price at "markets" but the looked like they had enough copper to start a lego car!

not sure if it was ABS, was not the cash and carry, it was the giant shop nearer the river that sells everything, defo worth a look.

think it was the cash & carry i was in first cause the guy said he would only sell bulk, but directed me to the other shop.
