Um, your memory will be compatible with just about any processor, you need a motherboard that is compatable with your memory, thats the important point. Probly worth posting what type of memory you have (pc3200 ? )

I have a 754 mobo brand new, bought it by accident when I wanted a 939 board and it has optical out, 5.1 sound card 4 pci slots i think and agp

Could do that and a agp radeon 9600 for £20 no processor though, comes with the bits but no manual

Have to get back to you on the model No.

Is a Foxconn nvidea 6100 onboard graphics board.

Edit.

http://www.foxconnchannel.com/produc...D=en-us0000186

I only bought it as a platform for a high end radeon graphics card for running Folding@home.
So the actual cpu etc has barely been utilised.

Yes, can send it boxed with cables/backplate etc.
