Just fantastic and a must for anyone with an ice cream maker and pudding lovers.

Recipes for ice cream, sorbets, sundaes, sauces...

One thing you may need is a conversion chart as some of the recipes are in American 'cup' measurements. But, trust me, it's a fantastic book full of delicious recipes.

Tip - for healthier ice cream, mix 50/50 double and whipping cream instead of 100% double cream, tastes just as delicious and noone will know the difference. Also, buy vanilla extract not essence.

It is a great book though. I use it all the time. Partly the recipes are easy because you don't have to cook the eggs. But you do risk salmonella by doing that. I personally consider it worth the risk.

Incidentally dime/dollar bars are the same as heath bars. USA cups are not the same as UK cups but close enough for one batch normally. Use an electric mixer to whip the stuff (obvious but I found a friend trying to do it with a hand whisk the other day).

I found it very good - apart from the book is VERY American. Be preprepared to convert all the weights and measures!

A cup is about 240ml so you can use any metric measuring jug to measure ingredients by volume.

Awesome book with the best recipies for ice cream that I have come accross. I have done the Gary Rhodes versons, Delia Smith quick ones, and none are as fast or as good as the B&J. Good price and good book. This one is hot!
