hitachi are the best in the business but considering most people on here are more than likely to buy a challenge for £20 from argos its not going to gt the recognition it deserves. this is more of a deal for the tradesmen

Why cold votes its a great deal?? I cant find it anywhere near this price elsewhere.


Yea definately wasted on DIY'ers but for someone who uses one every day this is brilliant deal.

Please dont vote cold just because it's not what you want, vote hot so that people that would need it will see it.

Hi All, I'm very tempted by this kit, need to replace a Black and Decker 18v cordless - the battery died on that, very annoyed.
Reading some stuff about this drill, it says it is good for lightweight work, will this Hitachi be any good for general maint around the house? Be aware, I'm no Tommy Walsh but neither do I want a display cabinet lined with drills

Ravenelli this is just a screw driver you cant use it as a drill
Its brilliant at putting screws in, about 3 times more powerful than a good drill/driver
