Our local PC World has these on display (maybe a slightly different model, but in the same size case) - its worth going and seeing one in the flesh before ordering.. I wanted one but was put off by the screen size. I opted for an Advent 4211 (MSI Wind), which was more expensive though.

Look at it in PC World before coming home and ordering online cheaper

I'm pretty sure all of these have 512mb, 256mb was going to be the original spec but that got changed before release.

with these netbooks, i presume you can plug in an external 3.5" USB NTFS drive and play mp3s, flac, divx etc?

and plug in a three mobile dongle and go online with that (if you are in a non wifi area)?

and of course surf on the train with wifi?

as that might be an alternateive to lugging a full size laptop around with me if those are my main uses

I have plugged in an external DVD-Rom drive fine.. there should be no problems with mp3 and divx, (Flac i have no real experiance with so not sure how much cpu power listening to that use). Obviously if you are getting into HD rips, it would struggle I guess, but xvid would be fine.

I Have a 3mobile dongle, works fine.

One of the reasons I bought my netbook so I hope so! (Didn't know trains did wifi, hence the 3mobile dongle!)
