9ct gold, Size K 1/2, 1 Sapphire & 6 small Diamonds
Sapphire is oval shaped approx 5mm x 4mm Diamonds are round approx 1.5mm diameter
A few surface scratches to the gold & it needs a good clean

It is 10 years old, not been worn for at least the last 6 years & has been stored in a jewellery box

Not got original receipt, no idea what the rating of the stones are, just know when I purchased it it cost me £300
