I like the look of it but it appears to be restricted to SMV video playback which means a lot of conversion hassle.

yeah - i had to use WinMediaPlayer when syncing a friends MP3 & it really was a nightmare to use.

the iPod along with iTunes is the best IMO - heat added anyway

You can just drag-n-drop music folder/files using Windows Explorer. Easier than messing around with s***** WMP.

Even an iPod Shuffle costs more than this and it doesn't have Screen/Radio/Videos Playback etc...

It's a hot deal, £25 for a decent 2gb mp3 player. Going to grab one tomorrow.

There is no 8GB version of this player, just 1 & 2Gb , the 3100 series only comes in 1 or 2GB versions. You may have the SA3285, SA5285 or SA6185, please get your facts right before posting, else you can easily confuse or put people off, better to compare like for like!

You dont need to use WMP, this player supports drag and drop as an MTP device.

Good little player for £25, last years model but a pretty good "clearance" price from Argos, downside to the player is that it only has 10 hours mp3 and 2 hours video life. If used primarily as a MP3 player however for the average user that is able to travel and charge on a daily basis it certainly is much better than the usual "Supermarket" brand players for the money. Would make an ideal Christmas present for a first time MP3 player for someone to get to grips with.

Voted Hot.

FYI these go for around £15 on Ebay, still hot deal as you can buy this on the highstreet.

From graded stock on Ebay they go from anywhere £15+ depending on what the bidder bids on. If one could be bought brand new and sealed on Ebay for £15 delivered then clearly that would be a better deal.
