I got the egg 24:24 virgin wines case, and they substituded the Eolo Garnacha Tempranillo Carinena (£6.99) for a cheaper bottle in each case.
Obviously, when they subsitute, they garuantee to provide a equal or more expensive bottle, as a result, they credited my account £13.98 (6.99 for each case).
To be honest, I would rather have the nicer bottle than to contact them, but if they are providing cheaper bottles than promised, then I hope everyone will complain!
