Again, voted cold because the low prices Tescos are paying for these chickens (as little as 5p a chicken) is putting farmers under pressure financially meaning worse quality of life for the chickens. Don't buy these.

Voted Hot! because these days beggers can't be chosers.

ps. if you DO want to buy the thighs, here is a great, EASY recipe! put thighs in a baking dish/casserole. pour dark soy sauce over til about half way up the chicken. Add some ginger, garlic and a tsp brown sugar. mix it around so ingredients are mixed. put in the oven (thighs upside down and uncovered, still in the soy sauce mixture) at about 190c for 20 mins.take out, turn thighs over, put back in for another 20 mins or until skin is crispy and delicious and thighs are cooked through.! Got this recipe from a Thai lady and don't know anyone that hasnt liked it!

Its a bargain if you are a tramp and don't care about animal welfare or what you put into your body.

Well if your happy to eat chicken that sits in its own Cr*p all day, then thats the choice you make.

well yeah obviously, i was trying to make a point , that they are treated badly. And you should feel guilty for consuming chickens that have the way of life. If more people bought free range, more chickens would be free range bringing the costs down.

Oh noes not the chickens. ;_;
