Four sockets that can be remote controlled (from the same control) to turn on/off appliances - saving energy and also solving the problem of reaching difficult sockets.
This item is for sale under item no. 046/1591 at £29.99 but on offer under item no. 982/0841 at £19.99 (same price as two socket pack).

Each socket can be controlled separately or all four can be operated simultaneously on/off.

That deal is why I started looking for this item, but none left in my local HB's. This is a more expensive item but I would suggest a more versatile product as you can control numerous items powered from different sockets. If required you can plug x3, x4 socket etc extension into each plug to increase the number of items each can control.

I agree, with this you can have 4 splashboards for tv video etc, in seperate rooms, all with remote switch off. I live in a shared flat this is excellent!

Well it is very interesting, (voted it hot) and ideal for some locations, but it's not even vaguely the same thing, as effectively is only for ONE location, this one is four different switches, so a lot more versatile in the right situation, and can be more so with or without a standard trailing socket plugged into each switch.
