If you forget your dilute cap, don't worry, simply mention to the customer services desk that you are aware of the campaign and you will be able to claim your voucher.

i.e.: Don't bother taking your recycling rubbish along to Asda - they don't need it :D

Clearly the marketing department thought of the gimmick with the bottle caps and then someone more "operational" made it a practical arrangement to cover all scenarios ;)
