Quidco help! - IF YOU BOUGHT THE VODAFONE SIM DEAL LOOK HERE ALSO PLS!!

Hello, i went for a deal on Vodafone.com witch entitled me to £90 cashback when
i purchased a SIM deal and kept it for 4 months. I went through Quidco and
bought the deal without actually creating an account on Vodafone.com (they just
asked me for card details) the whole thing was successful and i have received my
Sim however i am worrying about them not paying the £90 after the 4 months due
to me not creating an actual Vodafone.com account before i bought it, if i dont
get the payment after the 4 months all i have is an email witch contains my VAT
Registered Number and order number, would that be enough to submit an inquiry
for Quidco?

Also i think i have cleared my cookies a few days after it tracked could this
effect the payment getting to me?
