Advice - Just Bought MDA Compact III..........

I know the Compact IV is prob better or maybe the iphone or whatever but I'm pleased so far!
I have noticed the battery seems to run down pretty quick! Prob need to buy desktop charger!
It's on WM5 so any advantage to upgrading to WM6?
Any other hints or tips gratefully rec'd (rep will be given for useful tips!)
I'll be getting it unlocked on Monday so shd then look to use it more!

Been using it variants for about 2-3 years now, Initially using the xda orbit, then i moved to the Tmobile mda compact until about 4 weeks ago when i lost it, then I bought an xda orbit again, enough said. I think you ll enjoy the WM6 better expecially if its a cooked rom not official. The one i have on my at the moment is really nice and fast. You can get it from here. Try it you ll never regret it. Go for the version 4.01 I did try the version 4.02, but everyone I knew that tried it complained that it slow down the device, which was what I experienced also. If you need to know any specific, give me a shout. (I use mine for SatNav purpose and I love it)  |
